TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Deposit

In order to secure your booking;

  • 50% of the total rental fee is required for orders placed more than 30 days prior to the collection date, after which the balance will be due prior to collection.

  • 100% of the total rental amount is required for all orders placed less than 30 days prior to the collection date.

Cancellation policy

  • 1 – 29 days prior to arrival – 10% of the total rental fee will be refunded

  • 30 + days prior to arrival – 90% of the total rental fee will be refunded

  • Cancellation will need to be in writing.

Breakage Deposit & Excess

A breakage deposit is required before collection. This deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after the unit is dropped off and inspected, provided the unit and equipment are in good working order and undamaged. Any repairs or replacements will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

  • K 500.00 for fridges and Smaller Gear

  • K 1 000.00 for Larger Camping Gear and Equipment

  • K 5 000.00 for Packages (includes Gear and Equipment)

Items are collected and fitments will be done at our premises only.
